Every order ships to you from the manufacturer. Prices on this site cover the product packed and ready to ship, not transport or import costs.
How freight works
After you place an order, we confirm the price with the maker and quote freight, import duties, tariffs and any customs fees for your address. We send the full landed total within 2 business days. Nothing ships, and nothing is charged, until you approve that total.
Shipping methods
- Air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small parcels, usually 5 to 10 days door to door once the order ships.
- Air freight for larger cartons, usually 7 to 14 days.
- Sea freight for pallets and heavy items, usually 30 to 45 days to a US port.
Lead times
Stock items usually ship within 5 to 15 business days. Custom configurations, voltages or options can take longer; we give you the maker’s lead time when we confirm your order.
Duties and tariffs
Imports into the United States can be subject to import duties and additional tariffs. Rates depend on the product’s customs classification and country of origin, and change over time. We include them in your quote so the total you approve is the total you pay.
Inspection
We check each order against its specification before it ships: model, quantity, voltage, stroke and visible condition. Tell us if you need a formal inspection report or specific test data.
