Standard catalog items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.
Returns
- Email orders@shopactuators.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Unused standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- Custom configurations cannot be returned. That includes non-standard strokes, voltages, cable lengths, gear ratios and branded or modified units.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of the return arriving at our receiving address.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, typically 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover wear from use beyond the rated duty cycle, load or environment, incorrect wiring or installation, or modification. Send warranty claims to orders@shopactuators.com; we handle the claim with the factory for you.
