These terms apply to orders placed on Shop Actuators. The seller is GoForay, Co. (“we”), San Francisco, CA 94134. Shop Actuators is a trading name of GoForay, Co.
Orders and prices
- Placing an order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a written confirmation of the final price, freight and lead time.
- Prices marked Indicative are estimates based on comparable factory listings. The confirmed price may be higher or lower. If it changes, you can accept the new price or cancel at no cost.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude freight, duties, tariffs and taxes, which we quote separately before you pay.
- We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a factory discontinues a product or cannot meet the specification. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid.
Payment
During the pilot we invoice after you approve the confirmed total. Where card payment is offered, the card is charged only for the total you have approved.
Product information
Specifications, photos and descriptions come from the manufacturers’ published materials. We normalize them for comparison but cannot guarantee they are complete or free of errors. Confirm critical dimensions, ratings and compatibility against the manufacturer’s datasheet before designing a product into your system. Brand and model names belong to their owners.
Shipping, risk and title
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping and freight page. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to your address, and title passes when we receive full payment.
Returns and warranty
Returns and warranty are described on our Returns and warranty page. Apart from that warranty, products are sold as is, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost production or profits.
Export and use
You are responsible for using products safely and lawfully, including any export-control rules that apply to where and how you use or resell them.
