- Order history and quote requests, including the products and quantities.
- Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
How we use it
- To confirm, fulfil and support your orders and quote requests.
- To share the details a factory or carrier needs to make and ship your order, such as the product specification and delivery address.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax, customs and accounting records.
- To email you about your orders. We send marketing email only if you ask for it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store: our hosting provider, payment processor, email provider, the factories that make your order and the carriers that deliver it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing orders@shopactuators.com. We reply within 30 days.
